Is there a limit on how many workers I can add?
No — Starter and Pro both include unlimited workers at a flat price, with no per-worker fees. Only the free plan is capped, at 5 workers.
Can I try before paying?
Yes — the free plan is genuinely free forever. Upgrade when your team needs clock-in verification, payroll reports, or shift trade management.
What's included in photo clock-in?
Employees take a photo when clocking in or out. Managers receive a notification. If an employee tries to clock in more than 5 minutes early, it's flagged as a request requiring manager approval.
What happens to clock-in photos?
One still photo is taken at the moment an employee taps clock in or out — a plain image, the same as any phone snapshot. We do not run face detection, face matching, or any other biometric analysis on it, and we never build a faceprint or template. The photo is uploaded to encrypted storage under a random address and attached to that one clock record, where the employee who took it and their managers can see it. Nobody outside your company has access, and we never sell it or use it to train anything. A manager can delete any clock record, and our full retention schedule is in the privacy policy.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You're billed monthly or annually depending on your choice. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Share your referral link and the business you send us gets their first month free. You get a free month of your own plan as account credit once they've been with us a month — we wait for that so the credit reflects a real customer, not a signup. Up to 12 rewarded referrals a year. Your link is in the dashboard under Referrals.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that your account moves to the Free plan and all your data stays safe.
Is there a refund policy?
